The College Management is always proactive and encourages staff to do M.Phils and Ph.Ds through faculty development programmes and thus bring laurels to the college. They also encourage the staff to apply to the funding agencies like the UGC, the CSIR, the MHRD and the like for minor and major research projects which will prove useful to the stakeholders and the society.
Dr. G.D.V.Prasada Rao, H.o.D. of Zoology has recently obtained his doctorate degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
S.Venkata Reddy, H.o.D. of English has been working for his doctoral degree from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Ananthapur.
Sd. Mir Hassim, Lec. In English has been prosecuting his Ph.D. in Krishna University, Machilipatnam. He is likely to obtain his doctorate degree very shortly.
P.Ch. Jani, H.o.D. of Hindi has also been doing Ph.D. from Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Chennai.
B. Sambabu, Lec. In History has got registered for Ph.D. Programme in Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
Y. Ramu, H.o.D. of Physics has been working for the degree of M.Phil. from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
